Discovery
Shella and Joslyn met in church, both passionate about restoring people’s dignity and the environment, established Eco Acquittal in 2019. The Pretoria based sanitation company is 100% black woman owned.
Eco Acquittal mainly serves communities and businesses in South Africa.

Shella Mfisa
A highly motivated, optimistic and exceptional team player. She was born and raised in a village. Very passionate about family, business, and working with communities. She is reliable, hardworking and always open to learning. Shella thrives on challenges and finding ways to solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from the University of the North.
Joslyn Silwana
A reliable and resistant entrepreneur who is focused on achieving set goals. She is passionate about family, people and business. She was born in a township in the Western Cape. She has a degree in English and Cultural studies from the University of the Western Cape.
